Review: Two's a Couple, Three's the Law by Eve Langlais

Can one woman handle two dominant men intent on staking their claim?

Warning: This story contains adult subject matter and language that is probably not suitable for anyone. (MFM paranormal erotic romance)

Two’s a couple, three’s a ménage, not to mention the law. Welcome to an alternate world where the government gives tax breaks to women who choose to take on two or more men—and werewolves live amongst us.

Despite the laws encouraging polygamy, Chloe isn’t interested in a relationship with one man, let alone two. But all that changes when a werewolf client decides he wants her for more than just legal aid. He’s not alone though. Her nemesis in the courtroom, district attorney Anthony Vanderson, is also intent on seduction.

Caught between two men—naked and panting—she succumbs to passion, gets embroiled in a mystery and learns werewolves aren’t the only creatures living amongst humans.

My Review:

Welcome to Hell was probably my favorite series to date by this enchanting author, but I think this one is in close running threatening to take its place.  I was shocked by this revelation myself.  Chloe wasn't your typical mate me before I die kind of chic...in fact she truly wanted some rockin one night stands and her life to stay as it was.  I think the author did a great job in creating her character.  She was snarky, prissy, and believable...especially when it came to emotional baggage.  I can relate.  A really bad relationship can sure lead you into dry spells of not wanting to commit or get serious.

And the new laws?  All I have to say is.....can I visit and damn why can't THAT be a reality..lol. I could definitly be down with some 3's the law!!!

As for our hunky alpha duo,  I like tortured and dark heroes..so I'm kind of in the vampire's corner, but honestly?  I can see both their appeals and would have jumped into that with both arms open!!  WHOOO....Chloe is definitely enviable.

One of the reasons I liked this book so much was because of all the mystery surrounding it. Paranormal beings coming to lite...new laws...magic users being eradicated.....secret societies....and the way it ended!!  This book was completely intriguing and I love it!!  I can't wait for book 2!!!!
