Giveaway and Release Day Party for Cry of the Wolf by Dianna Hardy

I know it's not Friday yet, but it's party time people!!  Today we are rocking it out in here with Dianna Hardy  celebrating the release of Cry of the Wolf, which is book 2 in an AMAZING paranormal series.  I asked Dianna to tell us a little bit about the story, since it isn't your mate for life kind of deal.  This is what she had to say:

When I thought of writing a werewolf series, I knew there were some things I couldn’t and shouldn’t change: the myth of the silver bullet, the effect of the moon, the animalistic urges... But I wondered what would happen if I took a very major werewolf trope – loyalty to one mate, and one mate alone – and changed that; turned it on its head. I took a risk, and I’m glad to say that it’s paid off. Readers are intrigued, and, well, quite frankly, so am I!
Lydia is a normal girl living a normal existence, except for her larger-than-life sex-dreams with one man that feels more real to her than any man in real life. So much so, that she’s pretty much given up on relationships altogether.
Then, she meets Taylor … and then she meets Lawrence … and even her dreams are no longer simple. Everything just got three times more complicated – and three times hotter!
What else can you expect from this series? Thunderstorms and lightning, baddies, genetics, lust, thoughts of love, lost love, redemption, cliffhangers – oh, yes – cliffhangers; many twists and turns, a hefty plot, intriguing characters and an uncertain future for our new, favourite pack … because the past has come back to bite them each on their respective arses.
If you were going to change one major aspect of the common werewolf myth, what would it be?

Lydia Martin has always had dreams, the weirdest and hottest of them all involving a faceless, muscle-bound man that speaks like sin and smells like sex. Like any sane person, she always put the dreams down to an overactive imagination, coupled with a higher than average libido. 

One night, however, instead of their usual, erotic encounters, she finds him in her dream, chained to a wall and screaming in pain. Not only that, but she thinks she recognises the building he's being held captive in as one that's just a few streets away. Awaking with an irrepressible need to save her fantasy lover, Lydia decides to humour her dream self and head on over to where she thinks he's imprisoned.  

What unfolds is beyond even her wildest imaginings, as she's sucked into a dangerous and deadly world she never knew existed ... and it turns out that the man who inhabits her darkest fantasies, isn't the only one that needs releasing.

Abruptly, Ryan’s face appeared in her mind, clear as day, just as it had when she’d woken up from her nightmare.
Wow.
He seemed so real.
In her imagination, her eyes traveled the length of him. She was pulled backwards as if behind a camera on a wheeled stand, and she saw he was chained to the ceiling by his arms. His head hung low, those arms stretched upwards, red and blistering … he looked battered. He’d been battered. But even in his brutalised state he looked magnificent, his body like some powerful machine that could blast anything out of its path given half the chance.
Mine, growled a voice in her head. But then, she’d always felt that way about him in her dreams: possessive to a fault. She was pretty sure the therapist would put it down to abandonment issues.
