Inner thigh the the neck! Looks like I'm not the only one with this preference. ;)
I'm pretty sure where I'm thinking is pretty inappropriate, so I'm going to stick with inner thigh. lol
Breast, then inner thigh. One, it would be easier to hide the marks; two, I don't think it would be quite as painful as the neck.
