Gotta Get My Frank On!!!

Well she is here!!! I actually have THE Jacquelyn Frank in my little old Dungeon.  And guess what?  She is offering her latest and greatest book of the night up for grabs.  Stay a bit and read about how she fared in....THE RACK!
Welcome to The Rack! I’m so excited to have the pleasure of interviewing the deliciously naughty Jacquelyn Frank!!  I have enjoyed all of your series, and just between you and me I have had Noah down here a few times before he mated…total stud. I have a thing for demons and I can so stand behind why he is the king.  Don’t mind the noise from the prison… err guests, they get noisy during their… I had one of the older racks cleaned and brought down so we can use it as a table. The claw marks are still there but that adds to its charm. Besides we have automated ones installed now, where a button does all the work. I keep these around for when I am feeling playful and need a good…workout. Would you like some refreshments before we get started?   Umm…anything NOT red…or chunky. No caffeine please. Got anything that tastes like liquidated macadamia nut cookies? No? Well, shoot. L

Just scoot Marcus out       of the way, he is still getting used to visitors, and I know his size can be intimidating. It’s too early for him to feel frisky enough to play. That’s AriaJ And then of course their offspring are around here somewhere…lol.  Look at it this way, if you ever need a spare set of legs…you’re totally hooked up.
Tell us a little bit about this series.  No. I refuse. I hate giving stuff away. Well, I guess I could say….No. No I couldn’t. If I tell you there’s ancient Egyptians and mummification involved you’ll just want to know more and I’m keeping totally hushed about the whole two souls in one body thing.

Who is the character that in your opinion everyone is going to fall in love with?
Jackson. He just…he’s a totally manly man, but he loves his sister and isn’t afraid to beat people over the head and make them take notice. Plus, total dog lover. Of course, his best friend Leo…hmm. That’s a toughy!

How would you rate the sex scenes throughout the series? Umm. Sexy? Smoldering? Sizzling? Tepid? Oh, wait, not that last one.
Do any of your books contain some of these? (passes a toy box filled to the brim with all manner of sex toys, lubes, ropes, and lotions)  Not precisely…but I’ve only just started. ;)
Do you see yourself writing any more stories in this series or a spin-off?  I think there’s going to be six books in this series easy. I’m finding I don’t have enough room in a single book…

Are any of your characters reflective of you?
They are all a part of me, an aspect of me. The females, that is. The idea of me as a man is just…well, that’s ten kinds of wrong right there.

Will any of your characters from this series cameo in other future books?
This is a cross series, series.
Where can we find you for future updates?
Any future touring in the works?

I think I have a twitter thing but can’t remember the thing that gets you to the thing.

I am going to be in NYC signing in Grand Central Station. The info is on my website. (Notice how I cleverly just made everyone go to my site?)

And now for the fun part of our visit!!  A tour!!
Let’s get you suited up!!! It’s time to go exploring, but before we leave you will need a few things, and a drink is definitely one of them!!
Wine, mixed drink, or straight up? Pink sparkly moscato is the only spirits I like really. But I mix a MEAN butterscotch martini. *shake shake shake* Here ya go!
Leather straps or chains?
Leather is way more comfy.
Feather tickler or paddle?
Paddle. Love to cover as much ground all at once as I possibly can.
Cat-o-nine, braided leather, or chain length whip?
Braided leather. Not cutting that way, just nice loooong red weals…so pretty.
Collar and Leash or Adornment?
More like manacled to the wall. You can’t let those things walk around freely.
Fishnets or garter-belt?
Why choose? Go for the fishnet thigh highs!
Leather pants, mini, or a long skirt slitted up both sides? Long skirt slit up both sides.
Lace up boots or high heels?
Again, why choose? High-heeled lace up boots!
Ball gag, manacles, or blindfold?
BLIND FOLD. You take away their site and they can’t identify you to a police sketch artist.
The rack or the whipping post?
How about whipping them on a rack? You’re very narrow thinking. :P
Candle wax or nipple clamps?
I’ve tried both. Equally satisfactory. It’s a tie. (Since you seem dead set on making me choose!)
Blonde, red-head, or Brunette? This is Damien, my personal favorite. He is a shape-shifting demon that can turn into any fantasy you have at ANY time while you are in any position. The humans are kept on the upper levels even though I’m slowly weeding them out. They just can’t seem to handle our…services. And of course, the further down you go the more the paranormal comes to light. So…what’s your poison?
Black-haired arsenic.
We also have a new level of shapeshifting demons that can take on ANY form you want…Just like my Damien ……it’s actually quite amusing if you want to switch during…you get the picture!!!
So let's take a look at the series:

From New York Times bestselling author Jacquelyn Frank comes this first book in The World of the Nightwalkers—an exciting and sensual new spin-off series in which the Bodywalkers, an ancient race of the night, battles the evil forces who prey on them.

The unexpected happens in an instant. On her way to work, secretary Docia Waverley hurtles into a crashing crossroads, and she quickly begins to suspect that things will never be the same. Then, when a tall, blond, muscular stranger intervenes on her behalf, telling her it is his duty to protect her at all cost, what is just a feeling turns to proof positive. That is, as long as Docia’s savior doesn’t turn out to be a crazed kidnapper.

When Ram finds Docia, he has no doubt that she is his queen. But as this golden warrior sweeps in to protect her, he feels something more than body heat every time they touch. He is overwhelmed by a searing connection that goes deep into the twin souls inside him. A desire rises in him that is forbidden—this woman is his queen, the mate of his king, his leader, his best friend. And yet Docia is so vulnerable and attractive that she awakens a hunger in Ram that is undeniable, a carnal craving he cannot yield to . . . not without risking the very survival of the Bodywalkers.

Preorder Now:
After being brought back from death, police officer Jackson Waverly receives the shock of his life: he has become host to a Bodywalker, a spirit that is reborn in flesh and blood, and part of a proud, ancient race that uses its extraordinary gifts to battle dark, evil forces. Jackson’s spirit is a powerful one—none other than the Egyptian pharaoh Menes, who longs to reunite with his eternal love, the Egyptian queen Hatshepsut.

While Menes is obsessed with finding the perfect vessel for his queen, Jackson cannot stop thinking about Dr. Marissa Anderson, the gorgeous precinct shrink who keeps pushing him to confront his grief over the loss of his K-9 partner. But what Marissa really arouses mostintense desire, which is exactly what Menes is looking for. To fight a great enemy, pharaoh and queen must join; but to host Hatshepsut, Marissa will first have to die. Fate has given Jackson a profound choice: save Marissa from Menes’ plan or keep an entire species from the brink of extinction.
And a little bit more about Jacquelyn Frank:
New York Times bestselling author Jacquelyn Frank is an old and decrepit 44 years old. She can’t remember shit, loves her eight cats to the point of lunacy, and lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She prides herself on being a crazy cat lady in the making (if not having already succeeded) and spends her free time rescuing teeny tiny kittens barely big enough to fill the inside of a toilet paper roll. You can watch for upcoming projects at or you can write to her at If you’re writing her to complain about something, make sure you finish the book before you do ;) She loves to mess with your head.
