Review: The Perfect Third By: Morticia Knight

One woman - two hunky musicians. Will she become their Perfect Third?

My Review:

This was quite a different little yummy read.   Alexa is a very successful beautiful woman who is in a dating slump.  She can't figure out what the problem is but she's not quite ready to commit herself to an on-line dating service yet.  One of her girlfriends call her to invite her to a movie premiere and a huge after-party.  Alexa has the feeling that this is what shes been waiting for and goes all out on a new outfit.  And she is not disappointed.  It is there that she meets Lorne, a tall sexy God-like man who after an incredible night she feels a connection with.  He asks her to spend the night and go to breakfast with him in the morning to meet his best friend Antony.  He hasn't explained to Alexa that he is committed to Antony and that together they are searching for the perfect third to their relationship.  But trouble brews as Antony acts bored and uninterested at breakfast.  Could it be that after all this time Lorne has finally found a connection with someone but Antony does not?

This was quite a different spin on a menage relationship, with one of the partners having no experience and one potentially not interested.  There is quite a few hot sex scenes in this little novella.  This book is a short inside of an anthology.  All the novellas in this book are incredibly hot!!!

Wonderful review. Definitely a new twist on the menage story for me. An uninterested party???? We would have to change his mind. Hehehehe.

Not often that ménage stories actually have one member not interested at first. Now this is a twist that sounds like it will make a great read.

This is definitely different, but probably more realistic than the usual book menages where evreyone is instantly attracted to each other.

I'm intrigued, I want to see how things work out!

That is an interesting twist to the story about the partners not feeling equally certain.

Thanks for sharing your review!

I'm really interested in this idea of menages that, I guess if permanent, would be considered poly relationships. The story sounds interesting because things don't seem "perfect" ayt the start in that both guys aren't pursuing the one female.

Sounds interesting. I'm not usually into menages like this, but I think I might give it a try.

This does sound like an interesting menage story. Having one of the 3 seemingly uninterested is a good twist. Thanks so much for the great review.

How do they resolve the problem of the 3rd member not being interested? Got to read to find out.

I would like to hear the conversation between Lorne and Antony about Alexa. ;)
Sounds like a great read. I haven't read anything by Morticia Knight yet, but will add this one to my TBR.
